All-in-one Station: Collaborative KR10 pick & place and processing robots complete a punching and valve assembly task for conveyor-fed optically inspected tubes of varying lengths in under 10 seconds. The machine comprises of a flexible feeding system, multiple vision sensors, custom-built conveyor, pneumatic clamps, and bunch of other high precision sensors and servo motors controlled through a proprietary customizable user-friendly software.

Automated Feeding, Pick & Place, Forming, Trimming, QC, and Sorting

All-in-one Station: A KUKA KR4-R600 robot equipped with an automatic tool changing (ATC) system plays a pivotal role in forming and trimming of components of varying shape and size. The machine comprises of a flexible feeding system, cutting-forming station, AI-enabled machine vision, RFID reader and transponders, together with bunch of other high precision sensors. Cycle time <9 seconds.
